Privacy Policy

This policy explains in plain language how AVC LLC (30 N Gould St Ste 43070, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA), trading as Webtochat, handles personal data on webtochat.net and in its services. Detailed information for people in Turkey is in the KVKK Privacy Notice; for people in the European Union this policy also serves as the information required by the GDPR.

What we collect

• What you give us in the form: your name, business name, phone number, website or Instagram account.
• From clients: account details, business details, subscription and payment details (card details are held by Stripe, not by us).
• From assistant chats: messages written to the assistant and session data.
• While you browse: technical logs the site needs to work; analytics and advertising cookies if you consent.

How we use it

• To reply to your request, review your business and prepare a tailored proposal.
• To set up, run and support the services you buy.
• For payments, invoicing and legal obligations.
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse.
• If you consent, to measure how our ads and site perform.

Legal bases for people in the EU: contract and pre-contract steps (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)), legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) and consent for cookies (Art. 6(1)(a)).

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data. We share it only with the providers we use to deliver the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Hostinger and Gmail (notification email), Anthropic (AI replies), Stripe (payments) and, if you consent, Google and Meta (measurement and advertising). Most are in the USA; transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and security measures. The full list is in the KVKK Privacy Notice.

How long we keep it

Form records: 12 months; older records are deleted automatically every night. The IP hash used to block spam is deleted after 1 day. Client data: for the contract term and then for legal retention periods.

How we protect it

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Only authorised server-side code can access the database, and access is kept to the minimum needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, receive a portable copy and withdraw consent. Change your cookie choice at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of each page. Requests: info@webtochat.net. People in the EU may also complain to their local data protection authority.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
