These terms govern the use of webtochat.net and the services AVC LLC provides under the Webtochat brand. By using the site you accept these terms. The Turkish version is the governing text.

1. Services

Webtochat builds websites, provides AI assistants (website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram), finds customers and sets up online stores. The scope, delivery date and fee of each job are agreed with you in writing (by email or on a proposal page) before work starts. If that written proposal differs from these terms, the proposal applies.

2. Prices and payment

• AI assistant fees shown on the site are monthly and in Turkish lira.
• Turnkey package prices are set in the consultation, based on the scope of work.
• Monthly subscriptions renew each month until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect from the next period.
• Invoice and tax details are shared with the proposal.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keeping the information you give us for your site and assistant (prices, products, opening hours, etc.) accurate and up to date.
• Having the right to use any content, logos and images you share with us.
• Not using the services for unlawful or misleading purposes, or in ways that infringe others' rights.

4. AI replies

The AI assistant answers based on the information your business provides. Replies are carefully configured but may occasionally be incomplete or wrong. The assistant is not a substitute for professional medical, legal or financial advice.

5. Customer-finding emails

Emails sent on your behalf are shown to you for approval before they go out and follow the email rules of the recipient's country. Opt-out requests from recipients are always honoured.

6. Intellectual property

Site designs and content we create for you are handed over for your business's use once paid in full. Webtochat's own software, dashboard and assistant platform belong to AVC LLC and are available to you for the term of your subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

We deliver our services with care, but to the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect losses caused by outages at third-party services such as hosting, messaging or payments. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
